These icons indicate what system/s the game is on. The digital dash is N/A, the Sega systems are genericised (SMS and Game Gear = 8bit, Genesis/Megadrive = 16bit). As there is no official 'arcade' or 'PC' logo, what you get is what you see here.
This indicates if the review is supposed to be funny (left) or serious (right). In other words, does the review actually review anything other than the game being silly? (of course, most of my reviews aren't serious in that they aren't funny, or I don't spend ages talking about how one thing is incredibly stupid and drill it into oblivion! Is it a review or an article?)
